Revathy Kalamandir is a film academy, one of its kind, built in KINFRA Park in Trivandrum, constructed entirely with earth. It was initially envisioned as a film and video studio. The work came to a standstill after completing two storeys but before the roof was laid due to some internal problem within the company. The building stood the test of seven years without showing any signs of weathering, in spite of heavy exposure to the rain. The promoters changed the use of this structure as a Filim Academy.
